Learn the secrets of "wild-ferment" mead so you can make your own at home! Enjoy samples of mead made from varietal honeys. This hour and a half workshop is led by Darci Sanner, founder of Summer Smiles Honey. Students will also receive an e~course instructional copy of the class.
