Much like fine wine, raw honey is a liquid time capsule of a specific moment in bloom—capturing the unique soil, weather, and floral nectar of an exact region. Led by Therapeutic Beekeeper Darci Sanner, this exclusive tasting party brings an interactive culinary flight straight to you. We provide complete, eco-friendly sugarcane tasting kits and customized sensory flight menus for every guest. Together, we will sample and profile five spectacular small-batch harvests: from the sharp, bright pop of Virginia Dandelion and the lush sweetness of May Wildflower to a rare 2025 Select mountain forage and a grand finale of pure, unadulterated, local RVA Raw Honeycomb. You will learn how to evaluate clarity, aroma, and tasting notes, while sharing the fascinating science of how bees craft this golden terroir.
