The secrets of hands-off sourdough. The only way for me!
You will enjoy freshly baked sourdough, with fresh herb butter and Summer Smiles Honey 2025 Pennsylvania Select Fall Wildflower Honey, a sample of wild-ferment mead, while learning this fun and easy approach to making your own sourdough! All guests will go home with starter, emailed instructions, and all of the tricks. Workshop led by Darci Sanner, founder of Summer Smiles Honey. (And Amy's little sister :)) Plan to stay for a fabulous dinner prepared by Amy, following the workshop. Feel free to pre-register with a Ticket for the event, or you may RSVP to Amy and then pay in person.
