You will dine in the main farmhouse kitchen.
Ingredients are picked as fresh as possible, featuring our raw honey (honeycomb , if available), non-certified organicly grown vegetables, berries, fruits, wild mushrooms and other foraged edibles along with our organic, free-range eggs and (if available) fresh bacon or sausage from our pastured pork.
If our own ingredient supply is low, we source from other local farmers
(either non-certified or certified organic).
We only use non-GMO feed to feed all of our animals.
